Fill out this form completely and drop your instrument off with your band director to be picked up and repaired! (Make sure there is a note with the instrument explaining to the band director what’s going on.)

Be as detailed as you can, our technician's are very skilled at determining problems, but the more information you can provide, the easier it will be for them to efficiently fix your instrument!
